Our story is written by the communities we walk with.

Roots N Her Flow Foundation is a Section 8 not-for-profit, focused on working for women's holistic hormonal health and wellbeing across life stages of adolescence, the reproductive years, perimenopause and menopause and advancing safe space circles, women’s grassroots leadership in leading change in their communities. Our work reaches low-resource rural, peri-urban communities and in Tier 2 and 3 cities and towns.

• ✓ Hormonal, menstrual and menopausal health is surrounded by silence, shame and myth.
• ✓ Symptoms such as heavy bleeding, pain, fatigue and mood changes are often treated as normal, so conditions like anaemia, PCOS and thyroid disorders go unrecognised.
• ✓ Women in low-resource settings rarely have trusted information, or a space safe enough for conversations and articulating health and nutrition needs.
• ✓ Menopause is almost invisible in health programmes, and frontline workers are seldom trained for it.
